Trojans Excel in Classroom

The Dakota State University Softball Team continued it's dominance of the classroom this semester posting a team G.P.A of 3.12. Last year the Trojans posted a 2.98 mark in the classroom and had 8 individuals named to the DAC Scholar-Athlete team.

"I am very pleased with our teams performance in the classroom. The team has came into this year very focused and with a great sense of pride both on the field and in the classroom. This is an indication of what they are capable of when they put in the extra effort." said coach Prorok.

The Trojans also had 11members of this year's squad post semester G.P.A's of 3.0 or higher. The Trojans resume classes on Wednesday, January 18th and begin official practice on Wednesday, February 1st.
