2006 Schedule is Set!

The Schedule for the 2006 Trojans Softball team is set. The Trojans will open the season in Tucson, Arizona at the Tucson Invitational competing in 12 games. Then the Trojans will come home and have 34 more contests before postseason play begins. The 2006 schedule is set to help the Trojans become a regional power once again facing instate competition Dakota Wesleyan, Presentation College, NCAA Division II Northern State University and then finally taking on Morningside College from Sioux City Iowa.

The Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) schedule has changed its format for this season as well. The conference and its commissioner have elected to accept the proposal that would make all DAC contests a four game set versus the home and away combination that has been used in the conference every year since its conception in 2001.
