2nd Annual DSU/Seizing South Dakota High School Boys' Basketball Classic
December 20, 2006 (Madison, SD) - On Friday, December 22nd, the 2nd Annual Dakota State University/Seizing South Dakota High School Boys' Basketball Classic will be held at the DSU Memorial Field House. Adrian of Minnesota will take on Madison of South Dakota starting with a freshmen game at 3:30 pm, JV game at 5:00 pm, and varsity game at approximately 7:00 pm. In the first ever DSU/Seizing South Dakota High School Boys' Basketball Classic last year, Madison defeated Adrian (MN) 69-49. The Seizing South Dakota Club (SSDC) is an organization established in an effort to help bring blue chip boy's basketball players from the state of South Dakota to Dakota State University. This annual scholarship established on January 31, 2004. This four-year award is given to a male basketball player from the state of South Dakota that excels in basketball. The scholarship is being funded by the kindness and generosity of basketball enthusiasts from around the Madison area who are members of the SSDC. There will be a DakStats live scoring link for each game on Friday.
