Hang A Net

Do you have a basketball hoop in your drive way or backyard?  Is so, be prepared to have a free basketball goal net delivered to your front door this Saturday.  It’s all part of the Dakota State University Men’s Basketball Team’s Hang a Net Day. 

According to Dakota State Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Tim Schuring, hang a net day was designed for reason’s other than promoting Dakota State Men’s Basketball. “We have a group of men with a heart for young people, said Schuring.  “ We all just want to to show appreciation and support to others out there who love basketball like we do.”

The team will distribute nearly 100 nets door to door this Saturday.  “ We’ll simply drive around the city searching for basketball goals,” said Schuring.  “When we see yours we will leave a net at your front door.”
