Morgan Signs to Play for Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks

Trojan Baseball standout David Morgan has signed with the
Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks, an independent professional baseball team
in Fargo, ND, in the Northern League. He is one of the three
rookies signed on the 22-member Redhawks roster.
Morgan was recently honored by the NAIA Region III as All-Region III
Team and DAC All-Conference 1st Team as Relief Pitcher. For
the season, he posted an impressive 6-3 pitching record with eight
saves in 22 games pitched. Morgan posted a team-leading ERA of
3.50, and struck out 53 batters. According to NAIA DakStats
statistical website, Morgan ranks sixth in the nation in runs
allowed per game (0.955), 11th in earned runs allowed (0.818), 16th
in saves (8), and 20th in batters struck out per 9 (10.29).
David is the son of David and Kathy Morgan of Kelso, WA. He is a transfer Grays Harbor Community College and is a senior majoring in Exercise Science at Dakota State University.
