Trojans Ranked Fifth in the Second
NAIA Region III Rating of the Season

After a 3-0 weekend record that included wins over NCAA Division II Minnesota
State-Mankato and GPAC teams, the Trojan Baseball is ranked fifth in the second
NAIA Region III rating of the season. The Trojans won their third
straight game after starting the season 1-4 to bring their overall record to
4-4.
Jamestown is first with a 10-4 record, followed by Dakota Wesleyan with a 5-5 record. Morningside is third with a 7-4 record, and Northwestern (IA) fourth with a 6-6 record. Nebraska Wesleyan is sixth with a 4-3 record to round up the top six teams in the latest NAIA Region III ratings as of March 17, 2008.
The Trojan Baseball continues their annual Arizona Spring Break Trip until Friday, March 21st, competing in the RussMatt Greater Phoenix Invitational. The Trojans will return home for their season home opener on Wednesday, March 26th, as they take on Mayville State in a non-conference doubleheader at the Flynn Field, starting at 12:00 noon.
