(Madison, SD) – Angela Carr became the second Lady T within a week to score 1000 career points last Saturday, January 5th, 2008, at NCAA Division II Augustana College.  Before entering Augustana College game, she needed five points to eclipse 1000 career points at Dakota State University.  Carr scored her fifth point early in the first half of the game and finished with nine points.  She went four for eight from the field, and one for one from the three point arc.

Carr, a 5’6” senior guard from Flandreau, SD, scored 1004 points so far in her four year career at Dakota State University.  Angela is the daughter of Jerry and LeAnn Carr of Flandreau, SD.

The Lady T’s (8-7) return back to DAC Conference action on the road this weekend at Minot State Friday night and Dickinson State Saturday night.
