The
Lady T's took a commanding 45-21 first half lead
and never let the Screaming Eagles (7-8, 3-4)
into the ballgame. "We played a complete
game tonight and dominated from the beginning,"
Lady T's Coach Jeff Dittman said after the game.
"I was very pleased with the effort and
concentration we had for the entire 40 minutes.
We made very few mistakes in any phase of the
game."

"We had a number of solid performances by all of
our athletes," added Dittman. "It
would be
hard to point at one or two people and say they
were the difference. Tonight, the
difference was the entire squad."
The Screaming Eagles got 11 points from Aimee
Montes and 10 from Annie Siverling. Montes
also had eight rebounds and Jamy Eckstaine had
six as Si Tanka-Huron claimed 28 rebounds.
Jamy and Jessyca Eckstaine each had four assists
for Si Tanka-Huron.
DSU doesn't return to action until next weekend,
when the Lady T's host #2 nationally ranked
University of Mary on Friday and Jamestown
College on Saturday.
