It was a lost weekend in the Black Hills for
Dakota State University's basketball-playing Lady
T's, suffering successive 72-60 and 70-57 defeats
to Black Hills State University in Spearfish
Friday and to S.D. Tech in Rapid City Saturday.
"We are not playing
very well at this time," said Jeff Dittman,
who saw his Lady T's drop to 10-7 overall and 4-4
in the Dakota Athletic Conference.
"Defensively we are making far too many
mistakes. Offensively, we are missing easy shots,
rushing shots and making poor decisions with the
ball," he said. "I know we are capable
of better basketball, but we are not getting the
job done."
Dakota State visits Huron
University in Huron Friday and travels to New Ulm,
Minn., Saturday to play Martin Luther College.
