Scrimmage Game vs.
Dakota Wesleyan U.
Oct. 28, 2000

The second scrimmage of the year was a tale of two halves.  The Lady T's did a good job of controlling tempo in the first half, executing their press attack and keeping their composure against DWU' s pressure.  But, the second half was all Dakota Wesleyan.

The Tigers started off fast in the second half and continued their aggressive attack the entire half.  The DWU press caused numerous turnovers that they converted into easy baskets.  Wesleyan was also able to control the boards at both ends of the court which DSU must control to be successful this year.  When these two teams meet on Nov. 7th in Madison, the Lady T's will need to do a much better job of taking care of the ball and eliminating the easy baskets that Dakota Wesleyan got in this scrimmage game.
