  2005-06 Season Schedule - Find the box scores and game recaps to the entire season.
  VanLoy Named to All-American Squad - Jessica VanLoy was selected an Honorable Mention Al-American as a sophomore.  This caps off a season of accomplishment following an off-season of rehabilitation for a season-ending ACL tear her freshman season.
  2005-06 NAIA All-Scholar Athletes - Junior Sara Nelson has been named to the NAIA All-Scholar Athlete team.  This award honors student-athletes who are exceptional on the court and in the classroom.
  2005-06 Season was 'Outstanding' - The Lady T's had a record-setting season in 2005-06.  In addition to the team triumphs, Sara Nelson was named Academic All-American and a Champion of Character by the NAIA and Jessica VanLoy and Angela Carr were named DAC All-Conference performers.
  2006 Senior All-Star Game - The Blue Team had a big afternoon against the Gold Team, shooting lights out and walking away with a 101-63 win.  For the complete box score, click here.
  DAC Post-Season Honors - Jessica VanLoy and Angela Carr were named to the Dakota Athletic Conference honor squads for 2005-06.   
  Records Broken - The Lady T's broke 20 individual and team records in 2005-06. 
  Season Ends for Lady T's - Dakota State's impressive tournament run ended Saturday with a 41-55 lost to Hastings College in the "Elite Eight" round of the NAIA National Tournament.
  "Sweet Sixteen" Win - The Lady T's posted an impressive win over #4 ranked Tabor College (KS) 77-58.  They advance to the quarterfinals where they meet Great Plains Athletic Conference champions Hastings College of Nebraska.
  NAIA National Tournament - Dakota State improved it's first round record at the National Tournament to 3-1 with a win over the #3 seed, Shawnee State 59-55
  Back in the "Big Dance" - The Lady T's received an at-large bid to the NAIA National Tournament.  Shawnee State (OH) will be DSU's first opponent at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8th.  For the complete tournament bracket, click here.
  DAC Playoff Semi-Finals - Black Hills State took a big step toward the NAIA "Big Dance" by defeating #1 DSU 63-49 on Friday evening.  For the Lady T's, they will have to make the national tournament via an at-large bid.
  DAC Playoffs - With a 69-62 win over Valley City State, the Lady T's advance to a semi-final match-up with Black Hills State on Friday at the Fieldhouse.
  Jamestown Wins Season Finale - With 7.7 seconds remaining on the clock, Jamestown's Nicole Nold hit two freethrows to down #18 DSU in Jamestown.  The loss dropped Dakota State into a first place tie with Minot State for the DAC Conference title.
  Mary Evens the Season Series - The Marauders down DSU 61-52 in a non-conference match-up in Bismarck.
  NAIA National Rankings - Dakota State holds down the #18 spot in the latest NAIA polls after a win over Dordt and a loss to the U. of Mary.
  Lady T's Win DAC Championship - A 78-67 victory of Black Hills State gave DSU their thirteen conference championship.  A loss by Tech at Jamestown also guaranteed the Lady T's the #1 seed and home court throughout the DAC Conference post-season tournament.
  Tech's Shooting Drops DSU - S.D. Tech walked out of the DSU Fieldhouse with the win they needed to get themselves in contention for the DAC Conference title.
  NAIA National Rankings - Dakota State is now ranked #17 in the latest NAIA polls after a sweep of Dickinson State and Minot State last weekend.
  DSU Downs Dickinson - The Lady T's started the weekend with a big 70-42 win over the Blue Hawks. 
  Lady T's Down Mary - Dakota State got a big home victory on Saturday, defeating the U. of Mary 66-62.  While the U. of Mary is no longer a member of the DAC conference, the game had all the ingredients of a rivalry match-up.
  DSU Gains Split in Black Hills Road Trip - The Lady T's opened the weekend series with a win over undefeated and #15 ranked Black Hills State but were not as successful against #21 S.D. Tech in the second game.
  Lady T's Win Innovative Systems Tourney- Dakota State beat USF in the first round, then defeated host team Dakota Wesleyan in the Championship game of the TeamMakers Tourney in Mitchell.
  Clean Sweep at Home- The Lady T's remained perfect at home in DAC play this weekend with a sweep of conference foes Mayville State and Valley City State.
  One Good Ending, One Bad- Dakota State opened the North Dakota road trip with a win over Minot State but dropped the Saturday matinee to Dickinson State.
  Successful DAC Opener- The #16 Lady T's matched up with #8 Jamestown College and had a solid performance to kick off the Dakota Athletic Conference schedule.
  Lady T's Roll- DSU got out fast and kept rolling in their win over Martin Luther College 84-52.  The Lady T's enter DAC Conference play on a three game winning streak.
  Two Wins on the Road- The Lady T's took on the UM-Morris and Presentation College in the PC Classic and came home with a blowout and a buzzer beater.
  "Top Twenty Match-up in Madison- #16 Dakota State took on #17 Northwestern College at the Fieldhouse and the match-up was everything it was billed to be.  Unfortunately the Lady T's came up short in the final decision.
  Minot State Classic - The Lady T's dropped the opener in the Classic to #10 ranked Carroll College but rebounded to salvage the weekend with a win over Rocky Mountain College
  Lancers Down Lady T's - Dakota State went to Yankton and found a fierce Mt. Marty defense that held them to 31% shooting and 41 points. 
  Strong Start- Dakota State started the 2005-06 season with a #16 national ranking, a full house of fans, and a crushing defeat of the University of Sioux Falls, 78-46.
  Alumni Game 2005- The Lady T's of the past returned to the Fieldhouse for another exciting game.  In the end, the Gold team rallied from behind to nip the Blue team 57-50.
  Scrimmage 2 Recap- The second set of scrimmages found the Lady T's matched up against perennial powerhouses Morningside College and Concordia College of the GPAC. 
  NAIA Preseason Rankings- Dakota State begins the 2005-06 ranked #16 in the National rankings.  This is one of the highest preseason rankings they have ever had.
  DAC Conference Preseason Coaches Poll - The Lady T's have been tabbed to finish second in the Dakota Athletic Conference this season.  Jamestown College was the near unanimous choice to finish on top in this years conference battle.     
  Scrimmage 1 Recap- The Lady T's met up with the University of Sioux Falls and Mount Marty College on Saturday for some scrimmage work.  Get the coaches thoughts on the Lady T's efforts and execution.

  2005 Hall of Fame Inductees - Dakota State University inducted Lynn Warwick, a basketball, volleyball and softball athlete, and the 1983-84 women's basketball team into the Hall of Fame Friday evening
  The 3.0 Club - If a Lady T achieves a 3.0 or higher average for the semester, they become honorary members of the 3.0 Club.  Last semester, nine of the twelve athletes reached this level of excellence.  The overall team GPA for the spring of 2004 was 3.374.
