  The 2004-05 Schedule and Results
  2005 Hall of Fame Inductees - Dakota State University inducted Lynn Warwick, a basketball, volleyball and softball athlete, and the 1983-84 women's basketball team into the Hall of Fame Friday evening. 
  The 3.0 Club - If a Lady T achieves a 3.0 or higher average for the semester, they become honorary members of the 3.0 Club.  Last semester, fifteen of our twenty-one athletes reached this level of excellence.  The overall team GPA for the spring of 2004 was 3.374.
  New Records - Nineteen individual and team records were broken this season by the 2004-05 Lady T's.  Congratulations for another record-setting season.
  Bottum and Grinager Honored - Seniors Renae Bottum and Robin Grinager were named All-American Scholar-Athletes for the second year in a row by the NAIA.   
  2005 Senior All-Star Game - After being 14 points down in the early part of the game, the Gold All-Star Team came back and hit the game-winning shot with 10 seconds left on the clock to beat the Blue All-Star Team 85-83.

  Lady T's Season Ends - The semi-final match-up in the DAC-10 playoffs between DSU and S.D. Tech ended up with the Lady Hardrockers advancing to the championship game and also to the NAIA National Tournament.
  DAC-10 Playoffs - The Lady T's traveled to Minot on Wednesday and brought home a first round playoff win against the Beavers.  Next up:  S.D. Tech in the semi-finals on Saturday.
  Weekend Split Drops Lady T's to Sixth Seed - The loss to Minot State  dropped DSU out of a four-way tie for third into the sixth spot in the league.  DSU will now travel to Minot to open post-season play against the Beavers.
  No Go in NoDak - The Lady T's went north for their final road trip of the conference season and came home with a donut - no wins vs. the University of Mary or Jamestown College.
  Lady Trojans Can't Get By STU - Dakota State dropped a key home DAC-10 match-up on Thursday against the Screaming Eagles of Si Tanka-Huron.
  Old Rivals Meet Again - The Lady T's met old SDIC rivals Black Hills State and S.D. Tech last weekend.  DSU needed overtime to down BHSU but was soundly beaten by Tech on Friday.
  Another Split in North Dakota - The Lady T's split another road trip in North DakotaLady T's Move up to #20 in Country - After strong showings against third-ranked Mary and Jamestown College, the NAIA coaches moved the Lady T's up one spot in the national rankings. last weekend, winning on Friday in Valley City but dropping the Saturday match-up with Mayville. 
  National Stats - The Lady T's are ranked in the "Top Twenty" in four different team categories in the NAIA:  steals (9th), blocks (12th), field goal percentage (13th), and assists (19th).

  Battle at the Top - The top three DAC-10 teams met in Madison this weekend and when the smoke had cleared, #3 U. of Mary retained the number one spot while #21 Dakota State held off Jamestown for second place in the leauge.
  Big GameFreshmen Five Having Early Impact - Dakota State felt they had a strong recruiting class last spring.  But, even an optimistic coach might have been surprised at how quickly this group has adapted to the college game.
   Against Si Tanka - The Lady T's played one of their most complete games of the season on Thursday.  DSU's bench contributed 40 points in the win over the Screaming Eagles. 
  Second Half Run Dooms Lady T's - DSU led by nine at the halftime but couldn't keep the Chargers of Briar Cliff from outscoring them at Sioux City on Sunday.
  Big Win Finishes 2004 - The Lady T's wrapped up 2004 with a win over old SDIC rival Mt. Marty 68-62.  Just like the old days, the game was a fast and furious defensive battle that kept the fans on the edge of their seats all night.
  DSU Rallies to Beat Tech, but Can't Catch BHSU - The Lady T's got behind by 19 points to both Tech and Black Hills this weekend.  They were able to come back against Tech but ended up three points short in the BH game.
  Lady T's Split - DSU lost their conference home-opener to Valley City but came back strong to pick up a win against Mayville State the following day.
  DSU Wins Two on the Road - The DAC-10 conference schedule opened with a bang for the Lady T's as they downed Minot State 73-60 and Dickinson State 79-24 to start the season 2-0 in conference play.
  DSU Wins Touchstone Tourney - The Lady T's held off Graceland University in the semi-final match 70-61, then pulled away from Mayville State in the second half to claim the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Holiday Tourney.
  Touchstone Tourney Preview - This weekend is tournament time at the DSU Fieldhouse as the Lady T's play host to Graceland, Buena Vista, and Mayville State in their "Turkey Shootout".  Dan Holsworth gives you a preview of the teams as they enter the tournament.
  DSU Rallies to Win at Dordt - The Lady T's came from six down at the half to win 67-64 against the Lady Defenders.
  Lady T's Finish Second in Northwestern Tournament - After a first round win against Waldorf University, the Lady T's gained a rematch against #16 Northwestern in the championship game.  Unfortunately, DSU was unable to gain any satisfaction against the Red Raiders for the earlier two point loss.
  Lady T's 'Tame the Tigers' - Two old rivals met at the Fieldhouse on Tuesday and Dakota State was able to dominate the second half to pull away from Dakota Wesleyan and win 69-52.
  Opening Weekend Split at USF Classic - DSU dropped its opener to #16 ranked Northwestern but came back with a strong effort against host team U. of Sioux Falls on Saturday.
