as the Dakota State University Female Athlete of the Year.

Renae Bottum, Andrea Gullickson and Robin Grinager were
named to the NAIA All-Scholar Athlete Program for
2003-04. |

for her stellar senior season. |

Ends Lady T's Season - The #4 ranked Marauders
of Mary showed a dominant defense and a strong second
half of offense to put the Lady T's out of the DAC-10
playoffs. |

DSU played a great game against nationally-ranked Mary
but came up four points short in their final
regular-season game. |

- DSU had a dominant
performance (65-43) against Valley City on Friday but
lost their seventh close game of the season to Mayville
State (57-62) on Saturday. |

game, Hali became the 12th player in DSU history to
reach the 1000 Point plateau. |

- With two one-point wins for the Lady T's and a couple
of outstanding individual performances, Hali was named
the DAC-10 as well as the Taco John's Player of the

opener against #2 nationally-ranked U. of Mary and

- A lack of scoring punch allowed Northwestern and
UM-Morris to keep the games close until the final minute
when both opponents hit game-winners with less than
thirty seconds on the clock.. |

T's Win Another Security Bank Tournament
- DSU won it's fifth Security Bank tournament with wins
over Martin Luther College and UW-Superior. The
two wins keep the Lady T's perfect (5-0) at home. |

- Following her record-setting 19 rebound performance
and MVP selection for the Security Bank Tournament, Hali
is chosen the "Player of the Week". |

Malvin is Taco John's Player of the Week
- Amber's career-high 30 points makes her the 11th
player in DSU history to score 30 or more points in a
single game. |

DWU Drops the Lady T's
- The Lady T's kept the game close for 33 minutes but
finally succumbed to the talented long-range shooting of
the Tigers of DWU. |

T's Stay Perfect at Home with Win over Dordt
- Leading by five points at halftime, the Lady T's came
out fast to start the second half and was able to
out-distance the Defenders 74-46. |

up losing to the Lady Lancers of Mt. Marty. |

- The homecourt and a tough defense held up for DSU as
they beat the Red Raiders 60-53 on Saturday. |

- The 2003-04 season got off to a good start with a
71-54 win over Briar Cliff College at the DSU Fieldhouse. |

Alumni Game
- The stars of the past and present met in this years
annual alumni game. The game was close in the
beginning but the "Blue" team eventually
pulled away. |

The
Lynn and Terry Ryan Endowed Scholarship
- Our newest endowment comes from the Dean of Students,
a recently converted basketball fan, and his wife, a
life-long Kentucky basketball enthusiast. Thank
you to Lynn and Terry for their generosity. |

The
Class of 1997 Endowed Scholarship
- Danielle Nolte and Michelle Butash-Daniels have
generously donated an endowed scholarship to the Lady
