The Record Book - The Lady T's shattered the record book again this year, breaking sixty-two career, single season and single game marks and five team records
2008-09 Schedule - The Lady T's have a tradition of playing one of the most challenging schedules in the country.  The 2008-09 schedule will continue that tradition with three NCAA DII schools, nine GPAC teams and the Dakota Athletic Conference schedule.
All-Americans Selections - Congratulations to Seniors Jess VanLoy and Laura Tewes for their selection to the NAIA All-American squads.  Jess was named to the 2nd Team All-American team while Laura was an Honorable Mention All-American.
Battle to the Buzzer - Dakota State's run at the National Tournament ended with a 67-70 loss to 4th ranked Bethel (Ind). DSU must now say good-bye to six seniors that led the Lady T's to three conference championships and three national tournament appearances.
Miracle Comeback - The Lady T's were down 19 points in the second half before they turned the momentum in their favor and pulled off one of the biggest come-from-behind victories in NAIA history.
National Tournament Bracket - Dakota State was seeded #4 in their bracket and will match up with #5 Ohio Dominican at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2008.

2007-08 All-Conference Selections - Jessica VanLoy, Laura Tewes, and Maria Gengler were named to the DAC All-Conference teams this season.  Additionally, VanLoy was honored as the Most Valuable Senior.
National Rankings - In the final NAIA poll of the 2007-08 season, Dakota State finished #9. 
DAC Playoffs - In the semi-finals, Mayville State upset the #1 seeded
Lady T's  72-66. 
DAC Playoffs - Dakota State hosted Valley City State in the first round of the Dakota Athletic Playoffs and came away with a decisive 88-59 win. 
THREE PEAT - Dakota State wins their third consecutive Dakota Athletic Conference Championship with last night's victory over Mayville State.
National Rankings - Dakota State moves up three spots in the newest rankings to #10.
Offensive Explosion - Minot and Dakota State entered the game tied for the conference lead but a huge offensive game for the Lady T's put them one game away from the conference title.
Parent's Night Big Success - Friday night was Parent's Night and the Lady T's stepped up big to show their appreciation for the support.
National Rankings - Dakota State's split in the Hills last weekend dropped them to the #13 spot in the latest NAIA polls.
Log Jam at the Top - With BHSU's win over Dakota State, three teams are now tied for first with three games remaining in conference play.
Lady T's Down Tech - DSU used a series of runs to pick up a double-digit win over the Hardrockers in Rapid City.
National Rankings - Dakota State has now won six of their last seven games and moved into a tie for 11th in the NAIA national rankings.    
Weekend Sweep for Lady T's - A strong surge with five minutes remaining in the game lifted DSU to a 78-53 win over Valley City State.
VanLoy Latest  Reaches 1000 Points  - Jessica scored her eighth point against Jamestown to become the fourth senior to reach the 1000 point milestone this year.
Second Half Surge - The Lady T's combined strong defense and 55% FG shooting to beat Jamestown 64-57.
VanLoy is KDLT Player of the Week - Senior forward Jessica VanLoy has been named the Player of the Week after helping the Lady T's to a 5-2 DAC mark and a share of first place in the league.
National Rankings - Dakota State's weekend sweep gave them a big jump in the national polls, jumping from #17 to #12.  
Gengler Reaches 1000 Points  - With her second basket of the game, Maria joined three other senior teammates in reaching the 1000 point plateau.
DSU Top Jamestown  - Dakota State's win over Jamestown College marks the end of the first half of conference play.  The Lady T's are currently tied with Black Hills and Minot State for the conference lead.
Big Home Win  - The Lady T's had their running game in high gear, downing Valley City State 91-48 at the Fieldhouse
National Rankings - Dakota State win over #7 Black Hills State helps the Lady T's move up one spot to #17 in this week's national polls.  
Tech Downs DSU  - With the score tied at 60 and five minutes remaining in the game, the Hardrockers ran away from the Lady T's to win 79-65.
DSU Edges Black Hills  - In a battle of nationally ranked team, #18 Dakota State built a 20 point lead, then held on as #7 Black Hills State mounted a comeback to win 72-64.
National Rankings - Dakota State's weekend sweep keeps the Lady T's in the "Top Twenty".  
Road Sweep  - Dakota State jumped out on Dickinson and never looked back as they sweep the two DAC schools on their first full weekend in conference play.
DSU Holds On  - Key freethrows in the final minute helped the Lady T's hold on for a win over the Minot State 90-84.
National Rankings - Dakota State's tough December schedule causes the Lady T's to drop to #18 in the national polls.
Nail Biter!  - The Lady T's battled to the final second before losing 63-65 to #25 Augustana in their final non-conference game of the season.
Carr Reaches 1000 Points  - Angela Carr becomes the second senior on the Lady T's squad to reach to 1000 point milestone.  She scored the milestone basket in the first half of DSU's match-up with Augustana College.
Battle of the Titans  - #2 ranked Northwestern College won in a shootout with #7 Dakota State 90-83.
Tewes Reaches 1000 Points  - Senior forward Laura Tewes reached the 1000 point mark early in the first half of Saturday's game with Northwestern in route to an 18 point performance.
DSU Loses at Home  - After five weeks on the road, the Lady T's were looking forward to a home game.  However, USF shot like they were the home team.
High Scoring Night at MSU - The Lady T's scored 51 points in the second half but couldn't finish the comeback against #12 Minnesota State Mankato
 Record Breaking Night for Lady T's - Dakota State couldn't do anything wrong on the offensive end of the floor in route to a school record 122 points against Bethany Lutheran.
UND Tops Dakota State - The Lady T's played one of their best games of the season against it toughest opponent to date but came up just short of an upset against #1 ranked University of North Dakota (NCAA DII).
National Rankings - A loss to Mayville knocks the Lady T's down two spots in the national polls.  
DAC Opener - The Lady dropped their conference opener to Mayville State 58-62.
National Rankings - Dakota State, with their 7-2 mark, moved up four spots to #5 in the December ratings.

Homecoming for VanLoy - Wabasso native Jessica VanLoy finally gets to return to her hometown area as the Lady T's compete in the Hardee's/Coca Cola Classic at SMSU.
SMSU Classic, Day 1 - The Lady T's opened the Classic with a loss to Northern State at Marshall, MN.
Lancers Do It Again - For the third consecutive year, Mt. Marty has given the Lady T's their first loss of the season.
Dakota State Picks up Fifth Win - DSU held off  a stubborn Dakota Wesleyan 73-66 to stay undefeated.
Lady T's Defeat Dordt - Dordt had a one-point lead at halftime but the Lady T's started the second half with a 19-2 run that kept DSU a perfect 4-0.
DSU Stays Perfect - In a battle of two "Top Ten" teams, the Lady T's won an offensive shootout 92-82.
Lady T's Down Baker  - DSU got their running game going and picked up their second win of the season 82-55.
Upset in Nebraska - In a battle of nationally ranked teams, #9 DSU opened the season with a trip to #3 Hastings and came home with an victory over the Broncos 56-53.
National Rankings- The NAIA pre-season polls have Dakota State in the #9 spot.  From the DAC, S.D. Tech and Mayville are also in the Top 25.

DSU Picked to Repeat - Coaches of the Dakota Athletic Conference have voted the Lady T's the pre-season favorite to win their third consecutive conference title in 2007-08.
Wright is New Assistant - Summer Wright has joined the Lady T's coaching staff for 2007-08. 
VanLoy Named H.M. All-American - For the second straight year, Jess VanLoy has been named to the NAIA's most exclusive squad. 
Nelson is Academic All-American - Sara Nelson has been honored by the NAIA for excellence in the classroom as well as on the basketball court.

Next Stop:  The Big Dance - DSU defeated S.D. Tech 87-67 in the DAC Post-Season Tourney and receives the conference's automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament.
All-Conference Selections for 2006-07 - Three Lady T's were named to the 2006-07 honor squad led by junior forwards Jessica VanLoy and Laura Tewes and senior center Sara Nelson.
DSU Advances to Conference Championship - The Lady T's built a 17-point lead, fell behind by six, then stages a dramatic comeback to defeat Black Hills in the semi-final game of the DAC post-season tournament.
VanLoy hits Deep "3" - Jessica VanLoy hit a 75" shot prior to halftime against Dickinson State in DAC conference play.  See the phenomenal shot.
Lady T's Roll in Quarterfinal Game - DSU jumped out to a quick 8-0 lead on Dickinson State and never looked back in the first round of the DAC
post-season playoffs.
2006-07 DAC Champions  - The Lady T's finished the regular season with an 80-67 win over Mayville State, securing both the DAC Championship trophy and the #1 seed in the Dakota Athletic Conference Post-Season Tournament.
The 3.0 Club - If a Lady T achieves a 3.0 or higher average for the semester, they become honorary members of the 3.0 Club.  Last semester, fifteen of our twenty-one athletes reached this level of excellence.  The overall team GPA for the spring of 2004 was 3.374.
Alumni Updates - A number of alumni have returned their questionnaires so we have updates for Julie (Fiegen) Price, Monica (Matthies) Severson, Amy (Gappa) Soost, Kazzi (Foster) Teal, Lisa (Gullickson) Evans, Heidi (Bruns) Feland, Sharon Thyen, Julie (Heinz) Johnson, Danielle Nolte, Heidi (Honermann) Klingenberg, Kathy Shypulski and Hali McClelland.
Alumni Corner- We have added a new section to our website for our alumni. The Alumni Corner is still in the process of being completed, the online form is currently available. 
Lady T's Endowment Page - Women's basketball currently has seven fully endowed scholarships.  This generosity has enabled the Lady T's to continue their support of quality student-athletes.    
Awards Page:  Forty-seven DSU athletes have been named to the SDIC and DAC-10 All-Conference teams.  Thirteen Lady T's have been named to the NAIA Academic All-America squad and DSU has had two All-American selections.  See the entire list of Lady T post-season awards.
