DSU Athlete Participation Information
IThe
DSU Athletic physicals and forms will now be completed once
you arrive here at DSU. You will not be responsible
for printing off the forms and getting a physical before you
arrive. The physical will be done right here at DSU as
part of your first days activities. All you need to bring is
a copy of your insurance card and $40.00 cash for the
physical.
Note: You must read the
Dakota State University Student Athlete Handbook.
