Dickinson State's
game-ending 10-0 run Saturday sealed up an 0-2 weekend for Dakota
State University in college men's hoops.
With its 10-0 run, Dickinson erased a 72-all tie with the Trojans,
winding up with an 82-72 victory.
"I am disheartened by the outcome," said Tim Schuring, DSU's head
coach. "We did everything we needed to do to win the basketball
game -- except seal the deal down the stretch. That seems to be
the story of our season -- get close, but lose. We're just not
making big plays at key points in the game."
On Friday, DSU fell 112-74 to Minot State University. |
